Spinach and Chestnut Dip recipe

Ingredients:

2 packets (10 oz) of frozen chopped spinach, thawed.
1 ¾ cups of fat-free plain yoghurt.
¾ cup of reduced-fat mayonnaise.
1 envelope of vegetable soup mix.
1 can (8 oz) of water chestnuts, drained and chopped.
2 tablespoons of green onion, chopped.

Preparation Instructions:

Squeeze excess liquid from the thawed spinach.

In a large bowl, stir together the yoghurt, mayonnaise and soup mix.

Stir in the spinach, water chestnuts and green onions.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Stir before serving.
